My Alpine 7909 is acting up...the CD player isn't reading and making a weird noise. Where is the best place to get this repaired?

i thought alpine had a flat fee for all hu repairs? i'd start by calling them.

i didn't know Alpine epaired the older decks...I may have to check with them...a flat rate would be good...the dek is in mint condtion

i just picked up a broken 7998, but before i did i called alpine to ask about the repair program. you ship them any hu with a note explaining the problem and your contact info. if it can be repaired it will be a flat fee of $95 including return shipping. if it cannot be repaired they will tell you and ship it back for free as well. ship it here:

I dropped it off at my repair guy before Christmas...so he can check it out...if he can't fix it...I'll try and send it off....
