Alpine 7894 vs 7995?

I am thinking of "upgrading" from an Alpine 7894 to a 7995.

I like the way the 7995 looks, and the fact that it has no internal amp which leads to better SQ. However, is there any other reason to really "upgrade"? They both offer 4 way time correction, 3 4v preouts & mp3 playback. Which is the better unit?
