Alpine 7893 and 7995....need to make a decision, talk to me about them...???

I've searched and gone to the Alpine site so I know the features. I'm comparing the 93 as oppossed to the 94 since I don't "really" need MP3.

Here is my dilema. I won't be using the internal amp at all. BUT I don't want to pay $100 more unless the SQ will be better on the 7995 using my Orion XTR amps.

So considering I'm using my external amps would SQ be the same between the 7893 and 7995, or would the 7995 give me better SQ for some reason???

get the 95... it has better sq fo sho!!!!!

my dad had the 95 and i had the 93... his was much much better

i think it is worth the 100 bucks... plus mp3 is always nice

but both are very nice decks

95 is definately ahead in SQ. If you don't want to spend the money though, get the 7892 . It's the same HU as the 93 except for the look (93 is silver 92 is black/green), and it doesn't have a V drive internal amp, which you wont be using anyway so save a few bucks. Again the 95 has better sq than the 92 or 93, but those aren't bad HUs by any measure.

I don't think you have to worry about the difference between the 7893 and 7995. The differences are miniscual if you don't care about mp3 or internal amp. I have both and am using the internal amp on both but I say go for the 7893. The look is the same(cause obviously you like the blue and silver) The price is cheaper.

I think the difference in sq comes from the f/r is 2v and 4v for the sub and the f/r and sub on the 95 are all 4v.

hey skeetskurt u no the 7995 doesn't have a internal amp so man u screwed up watch out cause if ya screw up to much ppls r gonna call it bullshit on ya it just a warning

get teh 7995...

without having to worry about the internal amp, Alpine was able to put more effort ionto the internal components and teh features..

better unit, more preout voltage (which WILL amkea difference..) and better features and components...

the 7995 also has bass engine pro. This has alot more features. Than the 7893's bass engine plus.

This website is widely advertised but noone ever goes to it. smilephotovideo.com. It's in every car audio, lowrider magazine. It has the cheapest shit I've seen.
