alpine 5960 wiring

Is there a way to cut off the pin connector and wire up the alpine 5960 6disc changer to my in dash cd player? I see where you can get the plug in that goes to it but have no idea how it plugs in to the deck or amp. thanks!

its a cheap jvc from wal-mart. has rca jacks and thats about it. I was thinking if I can hook it up to about any deck that maybe I would put it in for a few more tunes going down the road. now I think of it, dont know if its possible! dont think I can switch discs, etc. with my deck.
