The people that answer the phone are not required to be TECH people.
Call up ANY car audio company... and ask them a semi-technical question right off the bat.

I guarantee that over 75%... hell over 90% won't know what the hell you're talking about. Hell I just got that when I called Kicker World headquarters the other day... they had to transfer me to Tech.

All I have to say about your account being invalid or whatever is... sucks to be you.

You try e-mailing the Admin/Moderator. One time my account went invalid... and they had to reset my password... has worked fine ever since.

i agree there customer service sucks and you will more likely get flammed for saying negative about re, but a big problem with ed is there business ethics.
