I am getting married!
Congrats, and I have a question for you. Where all did you register? Of course I will let my fiance make the final decision, but I thought that I might be able to win some big points with her if I could suggest a few good places that she has not considered.

Less than six more months for me!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

We registered in multiple price group stores. I think this is the proper way to do it because some people just can't afford to shop at higher end places. Spread it out to places like Target (even Wal-mart) Macy's, Dillard's, etc. Try to spread gifts out through each store too, don't just put expensive stuff at Macy's, but lower price stuff too.

Seriously though I did not register anywhere, I would just ask for gift cards or cash.
do yourself a favor and ask for cash...

you hardly use any of the registry gifts. most of the gifts remain in the original box for years and then you unload them for nothing (garage sale, goodwill, ect....) Cash is KING!

ROFL...yeah nothing like asking someone who doesn't have much money to express that in a phsyical form by dropping a ten in your card. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

A toaster can be returned and although about 10-20 bucks will make someone feel like they have given more. Stop being selfish, damn.

EDIT: damn should not be a filtered word geesh.

i can't imagine anyone giving $10 as a wedding present... most people that actually show up would probably give about $100.
