Mars volta for sure, all though I liked the first album better

Coldplay - speed of sound, chris did a much better job lyric wise and the sound the album had was a pretty cool U2 style.

Circa Survive - Juturna

as for rap......I'd have to say Jeezy just because that's really the only rap CD I've bought this year.

That link is the proper retail rip, APS (although I hate APS, I wish groups used APX). I was about to order the CD, but it's being "officially" released worldwide in January, and the first 5000 copies come with instrumentals, so I'm waiting out until then to buy it.

Gorillaz-Demon Dayz is great IMO

Atmosphere- You can't Imagine is a great album too, I personally don't care for the music of Little Man, the lyrics are good, just can't get into the beat. I personally liked Seven's Travels more, it had a darker tone to it IMO, which I really enjoyed.

A couple of you need to grow up, very few people like the same music, stop calling people retards cause they like something you don't. It's not like they said they like Ashlee Simpson.... that would deserve ridicule.

Man after reading what you guys put I have to admit I must not watch alot of TV or listen to the radio much, becasue I dont know most of these bands you are talking about,lol! I am still stuck on classic rock. Although I do think that disturbed's new cd sucks much anus along with stainds, and Kayne West's latest albulm. I guess that is why I am still stuck on old rock.

young jeezy is UNDER rated. hes the realest rapper out there honestly.. well when it comes to that gangsta rap image everyone wants.. who else u know can say "I DONT GOTTA RAP TO MAKE NUMBERS.. I JUST MAKE NUMBERS" and obviously hes talking about his mafia pushing drugs n other crazy shit we prollie dont know about.. at first i thought he was crap then after a whiile i realized some of his hooks andshit were in my head. hes dope man. he bumps too. i give his album a 8.5 out of 10. that cunninlynguists is dope too. i just took one listen to that nothing to give song.. its dope. dope dope dope!
