Alarms

Ok I was looking at some of the viper DEI alarms they look to be some good stuff. What are some good features to look for? I know I want remote start and the the two way pager feature would be cool but not necessary. From what I have seen the vipers are very expensive are they the best alarms out or are there other brands that should be considered, or brands to definately stay away from?

I see they have 3 auxiliary outputs on the 791xv what can these outputs be used for?

I'm looking at the same alarm, the aux are for rolling the windows up, open/close sunroof, stuff like that.
