air bag suspension

Nitrogen is cheating
lol, its the only way to get over 150 psi, most comps internal valves nuke out at like 175 psi, i run both on my truck, the nitrogen is for play and back up in case my comps suddenly crap out, but the comps are the daily drivers, i run a seperate valve to the nitro so i can hit a switch and flash fill the tanks!!!!sweet little trick.

Near RT 83 and Shrewsbury, about 2 miles from the Maryland Line, dead north of baltimore, no I work for myself, yeah bring it out and I'll bag it. All parts paid for up front, final balance when truck is done and "fbss"ing. If your serious let me know, were talkin like $3000 plus or minus depending on how crazy we get with geometry and stuff!!!!!!! most shops will charge like $4000-$5000, and good luck finding a shop in PA!!!! I havent yet.

i got a 2000 2 dr blazer with a 3/4 drop on it now. If I were to do a bag setup myself, how much would all the parts cost total(rough estimate). Is it a possible DIY?
Between $2,000 and $2,500 bucks depending on if you have drop spindles and what tools you have, welders, hand tools, acetylene torches, cutoff wheel, air comp, bench grinder, sawsall, drills, metal bits, metal hole saws, drill press, etc..... And that would be to lay frame, I would recommend doing a stock floor body drop as well, blazers need the rockers on the ground to look real good, so I would build a new frame from the firewall back. But thats just me!!!!! Theres a plethora of issues youll run into when bagging a truck, wheel tubs, rasing the gas tank, suspension geometry, hype-x ball joints if needed, relocating battery, inner front and rear wheel tubs, rasing ecu and harness, (on most gm vehicles), gauges (I recommend digitals, needles arent as nice and you cant have any real precision with them or safety settings like you can with digital. If you do it, if theres a will theres a way, i'll help you through it. And yes its a DIY but you have to be patient commited, and have $$$$$$ especially if you have to buy tools, it takes alot of money to completely destroy what engineers took years to prefect!!!!!lol.

took em years, and it still sucks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
Well IMO, and I have worked on every brand there is, mechanically chevrolet makes the most sense, a ride the best, esepcially the 4wd. Dodge and Ford both ride like junk, especially ford with that stupid *** I beam crap in the front, and also they for some reason reverse the oil pan, and put the ditrib up front (MORONS) I hate pulling Ford motors. So if you bag a truck bag a gm product, not only can you find more after market for them, they are way cheaper to do. For example, a chevy might cost you $4,000 to get it bagged at a pro shop, but a ford or dodge will cost you 5-6K because of all the stupid bull you have to go through, I'm not trying to start a brand war, ive just worked on them and Chevy is built the best and is the easiest to woek on.
