No gap. I will try and get better pics where the 2 colors meet there is a tad bit of touch up that needs to be done. But the glassing is done well below that color line. The top black part was OG grey but has been wrapped in vinyl and he did a very good job.

Just alil masking and spraying will fix that. This is something I can do in 30mins but if I left with Danny it would be prob another 2 weeks LOL

When I do mine I definatly will copy the way yours are countersunk, it is 10x's cleaner looking than the surface mount type that a lot of people do. Also I am trying to find another pair of flutes so I can run 2 per door also(Madisound is out of stock till late March). It will make life easier than adding/glassing another pair in down the road and till I upgrade my midbass amp I can run the second set as a passive radiator. Again I'm Jealous.

Overall I am happy other then the amp issue. I mean its not a show car. Not as loud as I would like I am gonna mess with the eq alil while and see what can be done to get that where I want it.
