My fingers are crossed I sent a sorta firm and pissed off email to him and he replied real quick cause I am at the point of just knocking his azz clean off his feet. Danny Hays "KustomKars" stay the hell away.. He does great work if ur willing to wait 6 months for ur speakers to get installed...

Good to here that your doors almost there. I've been itchin' to here more reviews/info on the silver flutes (in car doors).

I have a few questions: Are your pannels sealed or IB? What tweeter are you pairing with your flutes and are you running active/passive? I'm ready to start the same project in my Taurus as soon as I get tweets. Any info is much appreciated.

Thanks Matt

Semi sealed I mean they will be sealed as best as I can make them but to say they will be air tight naw I would just be lying to you.... I run 2 pairs of flutes per door with 2 pairs of Seas Prestige tweets per doors. This setup will be run active via my HU.. This is my 3rd and 4th pair of flutes in about 3 years.. So I guess that means I like them LOL.. I did not not blow the previous pairs I sold them to fellow members in times of money needs. Give each speaker a good 80-100 each from 80hz-3500 in some cases 4500hz and let them sing...

All my previous setups I used a single pair of flutes off some highend Hertz crossovers with DDT tweets and loved that setup just wanted more this go around. They molested my old DD mids in output and sound quality and build quality by far.

I remember at some time you were gonna see if Madisound could make you a custom crossover for your front stage, did you look into that anymore? I know I read somewhere you were gonna check on that, but can't remember where. I have been really anxious to see the rest of your build, so i am glad things are looking up Bro!

who me? I think i did say something about that on my last build but I was able to find some hertz mille mlk2 crossovers that were set to the freq and slopes I was after. Pics will be up Tuesday for sure might just be pics but I will try to get a vid assuming I can borrow one.
