you port relative to the box size, not to the subs. With that said, I'd do at least 6. I think 4 6" aeros would be better tho

ok i was going to use regular pvc just didnt know how hard it would be to find 6"

2-part epoxy is fine, so is liquid nails

Id do four 6" aeros if it was me. If you do put each of them at 14.5 inches, that should be close to the tune your looking for.

ok i had a question i knew i had some pvc in my shop i looked at i found prolly 60 feet of pipe but the biggest i have is 3.5" what you think

go with less, larger aero's 6 or 8 inch.

I wouldn't glue the ports. If you glue then then they are permanent. Use duct tape, metal screws (through the coupling), or a combination of both so that you can retune the box if needed. I would do 3 or 4 6in aeroports, not pvc alone. Some of the guys over at Termpro have tested with and without the flares, and the flares easily add a couple dB's of sound pressure.
