Is it ok for my aero's to be touching the motor like this? Imagine the aero is right next to the motor, sort of actually leaning on it, will this cause any problems?

lol, the back of my old type r's were barly touching the back of a sub box i had,(didnt know they were touching) when i went and remvoed the subs, the metal on the sub had melted down the the back of the box look as if had caught on fire... lol

in the aspect of mechanical issues no. There may be some vibration between the two depending on how sturdy the aero is though
But no air flow issues or anything like that right? Shouldn't it not vibrate really any more than if it were a few inches away from the motor like that? I'll probably end up bracing it somehow, for an easy way, could I somehow use rope and the basket/motor to tie the aero down as bracing for it? Or is that a bad idea, obviously I'd make sure I'm in no way mechanically obstructing the sub
