Adivce for a 2000 jeep cherokee sport 4door

hey anyone that cares, i need some advice for a decent audio system, i have a jeep cherokee 2000 4door, , i know i want great speakers, a decent head unit, and decent pair of 10" subs in a enclouser in the back, pair of tweeters maybe, i really have no idea about anything, so any information, your picks for setups, pick me out a system is basicly what im askin thanks, o and i have about 800 dollars to spend

my one friend had a jeep cheroke and he had 2 12'' excursion dvc's in a seald box with an american bass 1000 watt amp and it hit sooo hard that if the windows wernt down u would throw up
