Adire/Soundillusions Crew cleans up at Golden Valley

Saxman and the SI crew took home 3 1st place trophies at Golden Valley USACi competition at Mach 1 Audio and Security on Sunday, with one vehicle!

He competed in 151-300 modified, 301-600 modified, and 601+ modified, and took home first in every category.

Awesome way to end the year, and a promising beginning to the new one.

If memory serves me correct, he hit

147.9 in the 151-300

151.8 in the 301-600

150.8 in the 601+ (amp is suspect)

Running a pair of adire audio malestroms, and swapping amps out in the lanes as we went!

thats not too shabby....the first score i'm kinda questioning....but as long as he's in 150's consistantly...I'm cooo with it....i still think he should be hammering harder....but sweeping the entire modified division is kinda funny LOL.....GOOD JOB SAX!!!!!

Well..i've seen mentioned a jbl 1200 thats 600 to each and i've seen Harrison labs ae1600 mentioned thats 800 to each....

I'll have to ask to see what exactly kinda power he was running.......Usaci rating is by the 4ohm rating in power class...so 151-300 class does not mean he only used 300watts by any means....

1. I'm not terribly impressed with the outside layout.

2. Amp is sitting on my test bench, about to be disassembled.

3. Upon turnon, the amp threw out complete DC current, and nearly melted our maels before we got to run them.

4. About 5 minutes later, amp turns on like nothing is wrong.

5. After all of this, amp goes into lanes, hits lower than a jbl 1200.1

I'll be benching it soon enough, we'll see what the net result is...
