Add another 12W7 or what?

Alright, right now I have a JL 12W7 in a 1.5 ported box tuned to 32hz with around 750W to it because of the weird ohm wirings. I am debating if I should buy another 12W7 since I can get them for $325, the price isn't really that much of a deal.

I love the SQ and all, but I want something that you can feel in your chest, and hard punch that I thought a single 12W7 would do, but doesn't so I could either sell my BEtter Audio 1600M1 amp, and try to find a PG Tantrum 1200.1, or buy another 12W7, sell my amp, and find an amp that will power both 12W7's.

This is in a 96 Blazer, so I have plenty of room, but I'd like to make a nice install. You can check out my install so far on the sounddomain page.

So options are, keep it the way it is (do I really need to spend more money on the system?), Sell my amp and get another amp to actually put some power to the W7, or buy a second W7 sell my amp and buy another amp that will power both.

If you're not happy with the SPL, a better amp or second sub will help, but I think the problem lies with your box. Also, $325 for a 12W7 (if new) is a **** good deal!

I'm running only about 220-250W to my 12W7, and it hits hard enough for my desires. Of course, I still plan on getting a Tantrum 1200 when I have the money, because having the headroom would be pretty nice //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.

i highly doubt any more power will give u that much more output with the w7 especially being ported. 2 ported w7's would be insane, but i dunno maybe ud be happier with something like a magnum or XXX. We still gotta meet up....i met up with eric and heard his brahma, it was nice and loud, obviously being in a hatch, but the magnum was very close to it in SPL bein in a tightly sealed BMW trunk, and had better accuracy and SQ in both of our opinions...
