AD SDC2.5 fed off a AudioPipe Ap15001D, sealed or ported?

about to order some things and was wondering which box would be better for the above set up? Looking to get pretty loud without blowing my eardrums, so i'm leaning a little towards SQ, but still wanna get loud

I have about 3 cubes to play with, under the back seat of my silverado, was thinking maybe 2.5 cf. ported @ 30 hz. that way i have some room to mount my amp under the seat as well

Not enough room for 2.5ft^3 ported unless you're going to use an aeroport.

yeah i was planning on an aero port, a 3 inch diameter cut to 6 inches long would give me about 31 hz with a 2.5 cu. ft. box correct?

your going to want prob a 4" aero which in turn will be longer

Don't expect these sdc2.5's to last. Aq did a shitty job with the spiders, and they rip off if you throw over 600 watts to em.

I ran a little over 1000 watts each to the SDCs I had, and I would say thats the most they will take daily. I would put them in a little smaller box though, 2ft^3, and tune a bit higher. Do NOT run them sealed.
