Actuater instead of windshield wiper motor?

Well my windshield wiper motor is going out and pisses me off, but it usually just sticks when it is warming up. I would have to give it a couple nudges to make it move, then it gets going good. But I go to autozone and it is some 80 dollar shit. All it is is a moter that turns circular. Is there some kind of speed variable actuater out there cheaper? I dont care about the blades going then stops as long as I can change the speed.

check ebay for the motor before you pay autozone..

Just look around for a better price on the motor. Even if you went with a 2-way linear actuator, the wiring would be interesting, and it would most likely be slow as fvck.
