Hell yea the UPS guys get paid by the hour just make em sit tight and check it out first.

what if i sold a guy a hu on ebay.....for like 700 and i sent tracking # but no delivery confirmation....and he said its not as described but it was...can they file a paypal complaint?

youll be fine.

as long as you keep the tracking number to prove that it was delivered.

be sure that it is as it was described. what was he complaining about?

you should be fine cuz he has to do all the work to prove to paypal that it wasnt as described.

The majority will not let you open. No way.... they don't know what was supposed to ship, its a he said she said. They are paid to deliver full boxes, not paid to be escrow services.
