80.00 per side for just the mids and tweets, 99.00 per side for mids, tweets and the parts to make crossovers and 119.00 per side for mids, tweets and crossovers assembled. I would go for the 80.00 per side and buy some crossovers built for cars.

I can give you excellent starting points for the AA set, as far as xovers points and slopes are concerned...

you wont need crossovers, thought you were wanting to know the difference between using passive and going active.

no, Just wondering how these cheaper Active sets compare in SQ to say a more expensive set of passives. Not in tuning options, as thats one of the main reasons for going active anyway, but from a output and SQ point of view.

SQ should improve when going active, thats the whole point you can tune your system to the placement of the drivers/tweeters and tune specifically to your car.

And ouput will also improve as passives steal some power....
