new or used? whats the condition? i just realized they are svc 4ohm so i may want to run 3 of them to get closer to a 1ohm load. or i may look into the AA Assasins. they look good too

The original Assassin 8's were nice drivers for the money. Supposedly the new ones are even better..but I havent heard a whole lot about the new AA stuff since Fi took over them. I'm sure it's quality stuff though. On the other hand, I've yet to read about anyone being disappointed with the Sundown 8 so thats probably a good choice too. I'd go with which ever fits your specific needs most. power handling, box size, budget etc...

So expect something in the excursion realm of the 8w7.

i dont know what to pick. im leaning towards the AA 8's but i dont know if i can get my hands on them right away or if i have to wait for the new model to come out. Or go with the sundowns but i dont know if i want to... gaaaaa

not sure how much the AA's are going for, but woofercooker has E8's for like fiddy bucks each i think.

it would really help if i had some eqperience with them right now haha. Basically i want a nice sounding sub but i really need the one that is capable of out performing the other. I know its a lot of power, design ect... its not my first rodeo. Thats why i have the TL to test.

What shound i get?
