why anyone would wanna go from a AQ 1200 to a Sundown 1200 is beyond me.
bunch of bandwagon riders. you wouldn't see a diff with another 1200 watt amp just because its sundown

some ppl like having the same brand sub and amp like me. ive had a aq 1200d and have a aq2200d with hdc12 hdc15 hdc18, but now that i have rd subs im getting a rd 3250
