a small "loudness" observation

I thought this would be a good idea, im sure some one will rip me a new one for it.

But to everyone out there trying to be loud, its not the money you spend the type you get or how cool it looks or the excursion. Some times these things are small factors, 5$ wont hit as hard as 1200$ but thats not my point...

Its mostly about enclosures, angles, cars, amount of power (the right amount not mass amount).

Example my 2 10's w3's with 500 rms watts to both. Yes 500 total watts. I hit 141. In a prefab on a tl. I own an Ford Explorer not some sedan. Decent score I would say when people put all there time into stupid shit... Some guy with a w7 only hit 143 while i was there why? cus he was putting just as much power as me, and didnt have a decent box and had it tuned wrong...

Any how to the point....

THINK BEFORE YOU ASK "WHAT WILL I HIT" and yes ive dont it, ive asked it, but once and i realized how dumb of me it was. There are to many variables, all i can suggest is try and try and try till it fits your needs. Its the only way to do it. Also MANY people have different tolerances to loudness... 150dbs doesnt effect me like it effects my mom. Shit 130 freaks her out. So consider that as well loud to me might not be loud to you. Also for each 5db the noise/music apears twice as loud. So the difference from 140db to 150db is 4x as loud. so 160db is nuts ok. HENCE why meca and all that shit the guys usualy dont sit inside there car.

Thats all i thought i would try and expand one mind. If it gets deleted o well. Also i appoligize i have poor grammar, and its also hard for me to type what im thinking i miss words and phrases. So please bar with and dont rag me for those things. Im only trying to help.
