As the title says, I'm trying to get some ideas for an amp to push my subs. I'm a little short changed right now, and I only have a budget of about $200-$250 max with shipping. Any ideas?? Or would it be best to just save up some more money to get something better?? If so what amps do you recomend?? Thx for the help guys. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

I know theres no compareing these 2 amps, but right now I'm pushing them with an A2400DB (power acoustik). Is it worth getting rid of this amp to get another one like the one your offering?? Will there be "that much" of a difference?? Sorry for the silly questions. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/blush.gif.99bc659ee2012b7d826165e26fb5eebe.gif

wat relationship does the 35.1 and the 12.1 have, like in specs
the 35.1 is the older re model same as the better audio 1600m1 and ampman revo. does around 1600 watts rms at 1 ohm. i'm assuming your rl-p's are dual 4? doesn't that pa do 1800 watts at 1 ohm? that is perfect power for rl-p's and changing amps is really unneccesary

Yes they are d4. I just didn't know how "true" the power rating was with this amp. It does say it does 1800w rms @ 1ohm.
even if it does 1400 watts, that is perfect for rl-p's. i had my rl-p's wanging at 1400 watts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif from what i've read pa's are pretty close to rated power. how do you set your gains? if you use a dmm you should know if it does 1800 or not

I dont have one of those unfortunally. I have the gain set at about 1/4 of the way. Not to sure on setting everything, so I keep it on the low end so I dont blow it all, LOL.

just spend $18 and get a dmm //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif very useful

Where can I get one, and what do I ask for?? I'll go out and get one tommarrow.
walmart. in the automotive section. digital multi meter. don't get one with a needle cause they are gay. they are usually yellow in color and have wire probs and a dial (i'm assuming you have no idea what they look like //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif )
