a/d/s amp - delay in starting

I just installed an a/d/s p850 and am curious - should it take 15 secs to power up everytime I switch the radio off?

Some amps do have a delay when they turn on for safety reasons, but I have never heard of an amp that takes that long to turn on. It could just take that long.

i have no idea what that amps looks like or anything, if it's a tube amp, it could very well take 15 seconds to "heat up", but if it's solid state, it shouldn't take 15 to come on
