99 ford escort....

what do you mean by a "full molding kit"?

Are you talking about replcing the stock radio?

Or wiring in an amp?

yeah....completely replacing the center consul radio/climate pod....i found one for like 100 dollars on some lil website........................is the bass ok since it runs right through the stock system?...well i have to like amp it out to all hell?

Unless it's premium sound, it's just like any other Ford radio except that it's combined into the climate control module. You can find the kit much cheaper if you look around; it's a common enough vehicle that the kit is usually in stock at car audio or electronics stores. Again, the line-out converter hooks up just like in any other vehicle. The factory radio even uses a standard Ford harness.
