underpowered on 2 d9's what ohm load is it at now half ohm an amp figure with his voltage holding at 14 he's gotta be gettin at least 7500 an amp so i would have to call bullshit on underpower

7500 an amp ? , then figure in impedence rise , i would run two Heavyweights on two d9's , and these are four Superheavyweights , there is no way they are fully powered , and on an unproven song , johnathan have u even done a sweep on a tl yet ? . . im saying at 'least' 157 on music /

there at .66 an amp and i dont think there putting out tat much,thats kinda stretching it

no not expecting a 165 i know that will never happen just with all the hype from all the nut huggers a lil bit more

a d9 per hw is to much for daily, i know,ive been there.

And i kinda like the way it is right now with 2 d9s on the 4 shws..i bet i demoed it for over 5 hours at the show..i was way to hard on it,was playing song after song after song,demo after demo after demo.and no i havent done a sweep on a tl yet so it was pretty much a blind run

so you are expecting a 4 db jump with 2 more amps yes (box rise) is probably up some but no way a 4 db gain and freq don't have shit to do with sittin in it for a demo apparently he has listen to it and knows whats loud in his truck

if my sensor wasn't screwed he could use mine i myself would like him to be hella loud because with all the shit he's been through he deserves it. hes a great guy to talk to and he takes pride in his system and that is always important in this sport i just think with the right help he could do alot more with less equipment

I dont think it will be huge gains, but it will be a little louder im sure..people have said it time and time again,some rides just dont meter wortha shit,but get in it and tell me its not loud.there was a tahoe there with 6 15s..it metered a 154.7 (or thats what he said) and not sure if that was a burp or street beat ..anyways,had 2 people listen to his then listen to mine,they swore up and down mine was louder hands down.I may have played a bad song,or it may never meter worth a shit,i do know it hurts people

i also heard this truck and i still feel your 18s were louder than those 6 RF t1 15s

Im going to run two Heavyweights on two d9's for daily , granted strap'd @.2ohm & gained out yes probly too much, but , 'properly' tuned and controlled , nice , clean power , and yes eventually run 4 d9's on 4 heavyweights . . johnathan givin the previous install im sure your last setup could have performed better . . and wut did that go ? like high 50's ? . .

wow thats unbelievably low i thought someone told me you were in tha high 50's . . i was curious how much flex/leakage you get out of those back doors , probly a big pressure leak . . thats why i ended up walling due to rear window/hatch flex . . but if your not worried about numbers then it doesnt really matter , hits tha lows hard right ?

ya saw the side door flex . . i havnt seen the 'barndoors' in a vid yet but im sure you are losing lots of pressure from both , my goal is to get ugly loud on the deep lows and still build max pressure , oh well you were building a groundpounder not SPL vehicle, hows it sound down tha street ? comunicating with whales ? lol whats your next course of action ?

Thanks for the props man I try lol. By the way them lights where knocked loose way before you pulled inside. I was demoing mine and they was like that light fell and I was like where and it was above that scion. Me Jd and the scion were all demoing and bam light fell. The building bolts were backing out too. Come out to more shows man and I will help ya out. I help anybody no matter what they run unless they are a dick and you seem real humble and cool.I think 157 burp is possible in your truck for sure. Maybe more. Tahoes peak low which makes them good for numbers and daily and they don't have to be walled to get loud.
