Yup, I got a 98, and a 99 lol. Just cut a piece of mdf out the shape of the stock plastic one, and cut a 6" hole in it. Works perfectly!

Things im still waiting on

*Funds for MDF , Plexi glass , 2x4's

* Dayton mid's to come in from nitro freak 1

*either saving up funds to build her a front stage with the dayton's or gonna throw some decent 4x6s or 6.5s in there when i get the cash

*front stage amp

main things though to get

something going with the front stage , 2x4s plexi and MDF

September 23rd 2008: well guy's since if you read in my last post my girl found out about the build so she actually wanted to help fund for it also believe me we argued for a while back forth on this but she finally won lol. so went and got the MDF today , plexi glass & also some small type 2x4s. Also when i went to the junk yard today because i had a credit still do (parts galore) i found some nice 6.5 coaxials tested em and they work never really heard anything of the company DHD but these coaxials do look pretty beefy to me to. Also today i got the base done of the false floor install as well as the top piece but didn't get a pic of the top piece. well onto the pics 4 u guys (keep in mind this is my first FF install).

The 6.5s from the yard tested n they work.



little beat up on magnet covers but they work play fine.



keep in mind this is just the base so this will be covered up by the top piece fully.



2morro i plan on to cut out the holes on both base & top piece for the sub the top piece for the amp do some wiring here n there , maybe mess with the front stage , carpet the pieces maybe. but should be a productive day like today was.

6.5's easily fit in the front BTW

X2 my car also had 4x6's from the factory. I have some 4x6" to 6-1/2" adapters you can have free if you pay shipping. lmk
