You need to remove the cover over the rear deck. It bends pretty easily, so you can just try pulling up on the middle part of it; but there's a chance you'll put a crease in it. That's the easiest way of doing it, though. The other way is to remove the back seat entirely, then pull off the side panels, then remove the rear deck panel. Once it's out, you can unscrew the speakers from the top.
