can anybody tell me what can i do to have deepermounting depth on the back doors?

a 4 door S-10blazer 98 i got my components on front which i dont have problem but on my rear doors there is like a piece of metal not sure what it is that dont let me put no spekars with more than 2 inch mounting depth, sure there is speakers with less than 2 inches but not the ones i like.

if anybody could tell me whats that metal behind there and how can i fix this i will apreciate it.

If you have power windows it is probably the window track. I do believe there is a space made for your truck.....try your local stereo shop
