Usually a higher BL= higher sensitivity and lower Qes. Mms could affect this, however. If the woofer has a high Mms, it could have a low sensitivity and higher Qes, despite the BL product.
People are taking these DUMAX results too seriously IMO...
Xmax doesn't mean much on a SPL driver if the motor isn't strong enough to push it that far against pressure...
Wiring coils in series will double the BL...but that doesn't double the motor strength at all...just changes the Re of the sub...
