92-95 honda wiring harness. I need factory wiring color things

Okay so heres the deal im going to be putting in this semi decent head unit into my girlfriends 92 civic and give her some pioneer speakers up front because her stuff is all stock and all she wants to do is listen to some cds at normal levels etc. I just went to best buy and I'm not freakin spending 20 dollars on a wiring harness for something just oh so very simple to do because her setup isnt like OMG UBER DB's.

So I would like to know the factory wiring colors for the 92 honda so I can match them with the sony head unit...thanks guys I know this is el cheapo but buying a harness is a waste of $20 she could be using in gas.

are you serious?? do it right dont hack the harness...and you can do it with a test light and a 9volt battery...but come on...

i own a 92 hatchback and my harness was hacked when i got it...

i can guarentee that you will kick yourself in the nutz for cutting that up, just buy a harness, its well worth the money...

nah its a waste of 20 dollars and well im el cheapo like that when its going to take me like an extra 15 minutes to match the wires...to save 20 dollars well worth it.

i would buy a harness, but buy it at walmart. should be a little cheaper, and it will be so much more easier.

This reminds me of the customer that wouldnt spring for 4 ga power wire and ended up using lamp cord with no fuse under the hood. It will never cease to amaze me what people will do to save a buck or two. Sure it may work but why be ghetto?

everyone shut the **** up, it works and thats all that matters, I was def not spending $20, although I could have went to walmart and got it for like $12 maybe? Anyways it works and thats all that matters.

Yeah okay wiring a head unit is pretty simple without the harness as long as you know what colors are what.

COMPLETELY different I would never use a ****ing lamp cord instead of 4awg.

YES OKAY HARNESSEs are EASY and much more time efficent but for $20 **** that, now walmart(I forgot they sold em) so I would have bought it there for like 12 or whatever it is but its anything serious anyways, shes going to have the car for like 5 years and its not like a super install its just a ****ing head unit get it into your heads
