Has 10 pages of apps on it and fuctions very well. Only problem it has is the home button won't work. Talked to apple and they said it would be around $15 to fix it. But other than that it works very well. Has normal light scratches on the screen that will not intrude your vision of the screen. Has 2 dents on the back and many light scratches.

Will come with sync cable and a set of skull candy earbuds.

Have you tried messing with the button at all? I have the same ipod and i thought my home button was bad, but i just have to press it pretty hard and it works.

I've tried and sometimes it work but most of the time it doesn't.

No shit? I just got this as a trade so I've literally had it a week and have played around with it to make sure it worked. But great to know. I'll see if i can get that set up, maybe someone will want this thing lol.

I got this as a trade for a 360 a few weeks ago and have used about 1/3 of the apps that didn't require use of the button. If I have time this weekend I will take it to the Apple store to have it fixed so I can get rid of this.

I found a 16gb touch that is password protected. Got it back from the police station a couple days ago that I will sell for that price.
