4 12" AQ SDC's ported at 35Hz would do well with that power and hit rather low. I did 2 15's for a guy recently and they kill on the lows. VERY nice budget subs.

i think it depends on the car, cuz mine doesnt play the lows that good in a honda fit, had the 12 and same box and amp and everything in a civic coupe and it played the the lows better in there

i'd have to seal the 18" q's. also looked at the rl-p's in the 18". prolly give them each about 5 cu ft in a sealed box
