I have a genesis four channell: 90 -100 RMS each channel. I use 2 channels for the front and now i want to use 2 channels for 8" subs.

I want a nice, clean bassound. More SQ but sometimes i want to feel the bass also. I listen to top 40 music and dance.

Now i want to buy 2 * 8" woofers to play free air..

Has someone experience with the kicker c84? Or other suggestions for 8" woofers that can play free-air and need something around 90-100 RMS?

Unless something has changed DD designs it's subs to be ported. The Gcon would be a better option for IB.
