no atleast 16 doesnt apply to all subs. ive heard rd subs like smaller port area.

I got a 10" Sonance. 1.25 cu ft with 20 sq in, so 16 per cu ft. The recommendation is 25 sq in, so that'd be 20 per cu ft.

the low end of the port spectrum ? as in it could be bigger for two alpha 15's ? what do you think about the Vb of 8.4cuft ?

3 6" aeros would be 84.78sqin" around 10.07 per cube

It's a big SPLish/daily sub it's going to want port area. Subs with high BL always need more port area.
