700 - 900 watts rms @ 3 ohms

I have one of the original soundstream tra560.2. I had it running bridged @3 on a pair of 10's. It was putting out some power and was extremely clean. Not sure what power it was putting out at "3" ohms but it was pushing the 1500+ rms 10's. Point being, I would be looking at a 2 channel amp for your sub bridged on it. If it's a decent quality you can easily run 3 ohms. Not to interested in selling my tra but might be open to trade for something.

You're going to end up with a JL amp, a huge surfboard of an amp that makes ~3kW at 1 ohm, or something Brazilian(hint, Taramp's). I can get you what you want, short of a JL amplifier, but realize what you're asking for is going to likely result in a very minor increase in output. You have a great amplifier.
