It sounds like the bond has been broken which means the box is trash unless it can be fixed. The box I made him only has around 10 screws in it. Tite bond 2 all the way.

Well the guy had it metered today. Did a 148.5 on the tl at the dash. He's droppin into 10 volts so hes buying a c&d batt from me to help out.

does it bottom out at all with all that volume/port area? Or is the port loaded well against the back hatch?

Loaded right against hatch. No bottoming. Hes wanting to strap another 1500 to it.
