64ah headway bank balancer

So I built a headway bank, all of the polarities are correct. I went off of a YouTube video after doing a ton of research on lithium and headway cells specifically. But I’m trying to connect the balancer, connecting the negative first and then going through the bank, adding the positive on the same bank I already connected my negative onto and going in order. When I tried to connect my first balancer, it ended up frying the balancer when I tried to connect the second bank, now with this new balancer, it’s sparking and I’m afraid it’s going to fry the board like the last one did. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong or what’s going on

I have seen a few problems with those.

I would recommend a Heltec 4s or HA02.
So something like this?

also what if I have this problem with this next balancer, I figure it would be a problem with the lithium bank but I’ve measured all of the cells and they all range from 3 - 3.2v

Yes.

Did you passive balance your cells?

Wiring the balancer.
