I'm guessing the 40 hz tuned box. That thing would be so inaccurate it's not even funny, but I figured you were just concerned with SPL at all costs and not SQ.

There is no telling what you would gain or what you should tune your enclosure to because it highly depends on the vehicle as well has the sub itself.
