I would try to up my shit but Iam now in the Reserves and 30 percent is the max I can have. Plus I need to be in the Reserves to keep my job. The Army always find a way to screw me.

But states are indeed allowed to enforce stricter legislation than is mandated by federal law.

I make 4 bucks more then that though...if i go back next summer, (they are trying to get a raise in pay for everyone) it would be 16 an hour.

plus the job is easy.
