im lookin to upgrade my 5x7 comps to 6.5 comps.wat are some decent comps to buy for lik 75.they will be goin off a kicker 350.4 also where can i buy a adapter to put the speakers in my 5x7 spot.

Bump it up to 100bux and get some CDT classics imo, no Idea on the adaptor plate, I think you have to make your own, thats what I do.

You won't be disappointed with the RSD line from PG. I've been using them for over a year now, and I love them.

Never seen an adapter to put 6.5's in a 5x7 hole. I make my own as well.

I think kicker makes the adapter and it comes with the comp set but im not sure. I do have a BNIB set of Power Bass 6.5's laying around.

should i go with infinity perfect 6.1 component or pg rsd comps.need to know quick

I've never used the infinity, or even heard them.

I had the Perfect 6.1s in my Miata years ago with a PPI PC2300.2. They were nice speakers but craved good power and a good signal. If you've got both (the Kicker will be plenty of power) then they will sound very good. They are relatively bright, but if you find them harsh the tweeter can be attentuated through the crossover.
