i mean the story just doesn't add up...every one that called BS +1the OP 0
they install it wrong...
they say it was allready fried...
but then they give him new product anyway...
they hook it up wrong again...
this time he gets in the car, without looking at his newly installed setup to check if it was wrong this time(after they allready "screwed up" once)...
and drives all the way home thinking his system was fine when it shouldn't have even powered-on, wired the wrong way...
and then bestbuy goes against their own procedure and gives him a new system and a but-load of money...
(don't forget he hasn't said where the BB is or what kind of equiptment he got...)
how can you not call BS?
