$5000.....gone!

hahah.... so i let bestbuy install my system...i guess the guy wired it to 1 ohm load instead of 4 ohm load.... fried the whole system.
he comes out and tells me that my amp was already fried and that my subs that were BRAND NEW were also fried.

so i got it his face and told him he owes me a new system

after hours of arguing i finally get them to give me all new equipment. (better than my old system).

BUT on the way home....the two thick wires in the back and the ignition wire were all touching...and the car was smoking and sparking during the ride home....(by the way its a 2006 mazda 6)

get up the next morning and the car doesnt start....and gets towed away

the guy told me that my ignition wire heated up to 1500 degrees and melted thru my car

WHAT THE F**K BESTBUY!?!?

thanks for nothing D**Kheads

just thought id let u all know how bestbuy rolls...

SEARCH THE FORUMS AND YOU WOULD KNOW THAT BB IS DUMB AND:

YOUR A ****ING MORON FOR GOING TO BB

im sorry but i am gonna have to raise the:bsflag: this thread ended up with too many facts that dont add up. till pics are furnished i am starting to think this is just a thread to get a response from everyone... Maybe a half story...
considering best buy claims take 2 weeks minumum when there is no lawyer involved i call BS too. they might have given you a rental, but all claims over $500 are handled by a third party and dont get resolved this quick.

im calling lie.

one it takes more then a few days for BB to refund anything.

two once you took your car to mazda you voided all warranties bestbuy has.

(letting another store, tech, or yourself, touch anything best buy installed voids your warrenty.)

some girl found this the hard way today at work. We installed a remote start into her car and she took it to her mchanic and he ****ed up some og the wiring, and they tried to blame us. he tried to fix back what he did to make it look like we did it. but he wasnt thinking and used different color caps then we use. and blue electrical tape.

any way the girl told us we are responsible and when Me an my fellow installer went to go look at it we noted this. and pretty much told her to get lost.

her ECU was fried ( we dont go any where near the ECU of a car when we do R/S) and he fuel injectors were fried also.

but back to the OT BULLSHIT!

Ok, so you work at BB and you can trouble shoot an ECU and injectors? Ya...there a lot of BS in this post!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

whats the big deal in that? dont be jealous just cause hes smarter than you. just cause you work at BB doesnt mean youre retarded. alot of people work there cause they get to be close to technology and they enjoy it.

you're also an idiot to think that power just stays in one part of the car.

even with fusing, a power wire shorting can effect other parts of the car.

so it is very possible that you fried her ecu and or fuel injectors.
