5 channel amps

I need your advice, I'm trying to stay away from installing 2 amps (if that's a good idea) because I have a reg. cab F150 and don't have much room to work with. I will be running 2 sets of Boston Acoustic 5 1/4" components and one Pioneer TS-SW124D sub. I am considering the 5-channel Alpine MRV-F450. Only 200W on the 5th channel and the woofer is rated at 300W nominal. Are 5-channels decent, is there a better one, or do I have to go with 2 amps?

Thanks for your help.

kicker would be great. ADS makes some good 5~8 channels.

viper makes some to, i got a 550.6 that can do 75x4@4 and bridge 5\6@4 to get 250.

memphis makes some pretty sick 5 channels. the memphis belle - 75x4@4 + 1000x1@1 iirc.
