5.5cuft 22hz tuned box for RE 12?

I was contemplating my install for when my RE12 arrives. I am either going to do a 5.5cuft box with 22hz tuning or a 3.5cuft box with 28hz tuning. Would there be any reason why the 22hz box wouldnt work? Which would you go for, I want to hear your guys' thoughts.
i hope you will only be feeding the subs 100W or so, those boxes are HUGE! i don't even have 5 cubes for one of my XXXs.

also, the difference is going to be so large between those two you are contemplating (in both volume and freq) that the only way that you will know which one sounds better for YOU will be to try both. I personally reccomend on using a smaller volume and the 28Hz tuning, then elaborate from there.

For solely musical purposes, I doubt that there's enough information below 25Hz to make it worthwhile...HT apps is another story, but I would personally tune a little higher - 25-27Hz.

Thanks for the replies, I considered what was stated and I think I will try a box tuned for 26-28hz. BTW this sub will be going under my desk (where there is plenty of space) for my computer sound system. I am considering building 2 boxes and then deciding which one I like the most and keeping that box. Either way, when build time comes you guys will get plenty of pics //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.
