I am looking into buying 5.25s for my front

Planning to run them off the amp and have a budget of around 100 for the speakers

I have been looking at the following:

I would't touch the Infinity's at all!

Anyone of the MB quarts are good.

Why don't you check out the Phoenix Gold RS's?
