40hz to 50hz test tone that is -3db?

i have a test tone that is 0db, but since you guys told me music is never close to 0db to go for -3db. anyone know where i can find a 40hz , 45, or 50hz test tone that is -3db or so?

and question 2, just for curiousity sake, the music i am listening to according to my media player on my computer says it is 93db. how can a test tone be louder at 0db and my music is 93db? what is the difference here? thanks

have a quick read through this. when you get to other measurements and see full scale, that explains 0db
