400x4 Rockford Fosgate Punch ***** Ana Help

Hey, i have the (oldschool?) RF 400x4, and i was woundering how i would go about hooking my subs to it for low pass, i just dont get the xcard thing.. if you guys need the manual or pics, i can get you some, (btw i have two 4 ohm 12" subs hooked up to it SVC)

Let me know asap, trying to get the best out of the amp

pull the card out and read it. It will have arrows on it showing you how to run it

okay ill take a look at it tonight, so i just put all the cards down to LP?

My Kenwood KAC-X591 headunit, its got these settings on it, where i can change the:

HPF

LPF

V-Power

I was woundering, whats a good number of Hz i should put them at?
