40 RE 8's in a LINCOLN LS..comin soon

We are making plans to take out the back seat and have a one seater in the back... sort of in the middel( THE DEATHCHAIR) as we like to call it. We would have Re 8's under the seat around it aer making plans to have some subs up top. This way we have a way to ported.

What is the point of this? I think you are completely dumb.

I belive it can be doneBUt it soundinig good is a cat of another color.
ya know, after thinking about it some more...

he could possibly set them up in an isobaric configuration walled off where the rear seat used to be. that would let him have enough airspace for them to sound pretty good, but it would reduce the actual amount of woofers giving output. not gonna be the loudest install, definitly going to be a waste, but it would give the wow factor that im sure he is looking for. designing that isobaric box, wiring the coils, and finding enough power for 40 woofers is going to be a PITA though...

He did have before three 18"XXX that he sold here on caraudio. Three 18" XXX will do. 40 8" REs:waycrazy: //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/slap.gif.87520e8ca8e90076ac30e777c0de5331.gif
6 xxx18, sold 3.

3 left for the LS phase one..

3 XXX 18's

4 RE 6.5's

3 orion 2500 D's

HORNS.

Im not crazy, just do things right to my taste.

Then why do it in a Lincoln LS, its such a nice Luxury car to put 40 ******** 8's in, its just not the type of car to experiment in. I wish i had this car, the most id do would be 2 18's. Spend your money on some 20's or 22's and some TV's and a nice unique paint job.

definitly not possible like that... no room for port or woofers, or enough air. if your going to port them, you need to figure .75-1.5 cubes per woofer. and i dont think your going to find 30-60 cubes in that lincoln, also, add another 5-8 cubes for port and your looking at around 35 to nearly 70 cubes... in a luxury sports car...

you have 98.7 cubic feet total internal volume, thats cabin and trunk included. so your going to have to fit about 55 or 60 cubes worth of box, maybe 1000 sq in of port, plus amplifiers and enough electrical upgrades to keep the voltage happy (id suggest at least 7 caps //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif ), and you want to put a seat in the back seat somewhere, not to mention finding space to mount 40 woofers...

good luck with it man, but honestly, the math just doesent support it
